Andrea FittingAndrea Fitting founded Fitting Group in 1986. She has put together a team of professionals who have been selected primarily for their exceptional problem-solving abilities. Andrea’s responsibilities include leading her team to deliver sound strategies, tactics that get results and client service that makes Fitting Group a pleasure to have as an agency partner. Andrea holds B.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Anthropology/Archaeology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a former Fulbright Scholar. She has taught courses at California University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Carlow University and the University of Pittsburgh.

Belinda Yeager Carter

Belinda Yeager CarterBelinda has served Fitting Group since 1991 in various positions from accounting, estimating and office management to project and production management. She has tremendous industry knowledge and is a key member of Fitting Group’s Brand Spanking® team. Belinda is responsible for cost estimating and financial management of project budgets and is an important resource for clients in budget planning, deployment and tracking. Belinda is also a trained media buyer and is instrumental in the strategic deployment of clients’ brand messages. She is committed to ensuring that Fitting Group remains a client-centric, results-oriented organization, constantly reviewing our strategic plans and tracking mechanisms. She works with Fitting Group’s account management team as a leader and mentor in the development of delivering superb service and brand consistency.

Creative Director

Travis NorrisTravis has been Brand Spanking® at Fitting Group for the majority of his career. As Creative Director, Travis oversees artistic direction and helps clients implement their brand strategies in the most creative, efficient and effective ways possible.

Travis is a multi-talented artist, as skilled in understanding and organizing complex sets of information as he is in turning a clever phrase, composing a beautiful ad or art directing a fast-paced and entertaining television commercial.
